Truffles Delight at Paradiso Ristorante
by Alison Agudo

On December 10, Paradiso Ristorante in Lake Worth is offering a one-time special menu titled Piemonte, Tartufo & Vino, which will pair glorious truffles with food and wine.

For those who can appreciate a truffle for all that it is worth, there will be no better place to be in South Florida than at Paradiso Ristorante in Lake Worth on the evening of December 10.

There is an unspoken pressure for a dish that includes truffles to hold up to the exorbitant delicacy, but that’s a pressure Chef Angelo Romano at Paradiso Ristorante is willing to endure. For a one-time menu called Piemonte, Tartufo & Vino, Chef Romano will be pairing truffles with food and wine. Dishes will feature delicious white truffles from Alba, France and the menu will cost $180 per person, with tax and gratuity.

Paradiso Ristorante was established in 1997 and is located in Downtown Lake Worth, not far from Palm Beach. The restaurant caters to cosmopolitan diners in “search of the right restaurant to celebrate with family and friends” as well as couples looking for a romantic and elegant evening. Specializing in Italian regional and continental cuisine, the chefs at this intimate venue are constantly adding more modern interpretations of Mediterranean and cosmopolitan cuisine. Paradiso offers rooms and its exclusive wine cellar for private parties.

The special truffle menu will be offered from 6:30pm to 9:30pm on December 10.

To be a part of this special evening, please call 561-547-2500 for reservations, or book online.
