Ski Condos in Park City, Utah Up For Auction

Love skiing? Many who love to travel the world for the beautiful white landscapes and thrill of the sport will delight in the fact that eight prime ski-in/ski-out condos in Park City, Utah are going to be auctioned off in January, such as the The Silver Strike Lodge at Empire Pass, which will be auctioned off January 17. Accelerated Marketing Partners will be conducting the auction, and the minimum bids are set pretty high. A two-bedroom unit measuring 1,689 square feet has a minimum bid of $1.15 million.
According to ParkRecord.com, developer Matt Mullin of Ironwood Resort Development says the auction is a marketing strategy to help bring a market correction to ski real estate.
There are 34 units in the ski-in/ski-out condo hotel, and 19 of them have not been sold. The units will include a Talisker Club Membership.
