Sherry Netherland’s New Tenant
by Ebony Montenegro

Judge Judy has recently become a new resident to the Sherry Netherland. Sheindlin’s new Manhattan co-op was purchased for a mere $6.75 million, compared to the original asking price of $7.999 million.  A great steal for the former judge, I just hope she didn’t have to use her tough attitude to drop the price.

The 11th floor Fifth Avenue home has 3,150 square feet of prime New York real estate, and includes a separate 150 square foot maid’s room. Judge Judy will enjoy all the luxuries that the complex has to offer like a state of the art fitness center, daily house keeping and turndown service, not to mention the brisk walk to Central Park. With a place like this I’m sure her yelling at idiotic people have come to end.
