As one of the more low-profile romantic restaurants in town, Blue Hill is an idyllic setting for a quiet meal for two. Chef Dan Barber masterfully poaches and braises in the kitchen producing some of the finest dishes in the area. The daily changing menu consists of a tasting menu which features five courses, including two desserts for $68, and recommended dishes from Blue Hill include a poached duck for $28 and a braised and roasted grass-fed lamb for $34.
