Scarpetta Coming to Las Vegas?

Scott Conant’s beloved Italian restaurant Scarpetta has branched out to two locations already, its first in Manhattan and its second having opened in the Fontainebleu Hotel in Miami Beach in 2008. Now, it has reached our attention that the Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino in Las Vegas may become a home to a new branch of Scarpetta in 2010. This is very good news for Las Vegas, as the critically acclaimed restaurant will definitely become an asset to their dining resume.
