CityCenter’s Aria Resort & Casino Opened
by Alison Agudo

The Aria Resort and Casino is the center piece to the new expansive CityCenter project in Las Vegas and it finally opened its doors to the public yesterday.

On the days leading up to the towering Aria Resort and Casino located in Las Vegas’ new CityCenter project, the media and curious minds were swarming the area in hopes of snatching some good insight into the grand opening, which happened yesterday. It’s reported that MGM Mirage employees from all properties have been actually staying at the Aria Resort in the days leading up to the opening as well, testing out the casino operations, rooms, and restaurants—although allegedly they were part of the “Play Days” meaning gambling was only done with fake money.

Throughout the Aria Resort and Casino, things are quickly falling into place. Michael Mina’s American Fish restaurant is now open to the public, as is Jean Georges’ steakhouse and sweet treats are now available at Le Cirque’s Sirio Maccioni.

As the rest of the CityCenter follows suit and opens the multiple venues that will be incorporated into the project, people will begin to flock to Vegas to bear witness to the development that has everyone talking. If you happen to be in the area and get a chance to check out the Aria Resort and Casino or any other part of CityCenter, let us know, we’d love to hear what you think!
