Bugatti Trademarks 16C Galibier Shape
Volkswagen’s Bugatti 16C Galibier concept car had created a ton of buzz, but its rumors of actually going into production is still unknown.
Just in case they do intend to produce the car, Bugatti is still making sure that everything is set, and that its trademark shape and design doesn’t get copied by anyone else. Evidence of this can be seen in a trademark filing with the World Intellectual Property Organization.
With the Veyron scheduled to come out at the end of the 2012 model year, Bugatti only has a very limited time to decide whether or not they are going to move forward on its successor. We’ll keep you posted.

Less than a week after announcing that production of the benchmark Veyron supercar has reached its conclusion, Bugatti revealed the creation of a one-off version dubbed the L’Or Blanc, French for “the White Gold.”
For the 40th United Arab Emirates National Day a Bugatti Veyron, Ferrari 599 GTO and Lamborghini LP560-4 were all decorated with the country’s colors to show tribute to the Emirates.
The Mullin Automotive Museum has an exhibit on the history of the Bugatti with absolutely gorgeous models on display.
