Brickell & Brickell Key’s November Condo Sales

While everyone knows South Beach property is often the topic of discussion when it comes to Southern Florida’s real estate market, here’s a look at nearby Brickell and Brickell Key condo sales for the month of November, where a total of 40 luxurious condos were sold.
In Brickell, 30 condos sold during the month of November, with the average sale price being $243 per square foot. Perhaps somewhat shocking considering the current economic climate, 12 of the 30 condos were sold at asking price or above. Only one of the condos actually sold for more than $1 million, which was a 2,180-square-foot two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo located in the Santa Maria residential building.

In nearby Brickell Key, 10 condos were sold during the month of November, and the average sale price per square foot was $258. The highest selling condo was located in the Two Tequesta Point residential building which went for $625,000, down 10.59 percent from its original asking price. This specific condo was on the market for 406 days, and features two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Overall, half of the condos sold on Brickell Key during November sold for more than the original asking point.
