Bouchon Bakery Los Angeles is Still Warming Up
by Alison Agudo

Bouchon Beverly Hills opened on November 16 and, as expected, it was an extremely successful night. But now LA diners are anxiously awaiting the new bakery component of Bouchon that Chef Thomas Keller has been promising his loyal patrons.

While the new Bouchon restaurant in Beverly Hills includes an exciting new wine bar in addition to everything else that comes with the Thomas Keller name, there is still one component the restaurant go-ers are highly anticipating to complete the Bouchon experience: The Bouchon Bakery.

Chef Thomas Keller insists patrons have nothing to fear—the bakery is on its way. “We’re working on it. We’re working with the city on finding a space for a small baker. The bakery is part of Bouchon—it will happen,” Keller assures us.

Other Bouchon bakery’s include delicious treats such as breads, viennoiserie, pastries, muffins, tarts, cookies, chocolates, soups and salads, sandwiches, quiche, packaged specialties, and even pet treats.
