Okay so its not necessarily a work by star architect Frank Gehry, but for a cool and just reduced $5.8 million you can have his former home, complete with the 25-foot ceilings her actually exposed. The Soho duplex was designed by architect Walter Chatham, and 4 bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The listing also includes a “magical garden,” not sure whether the fairies and Gnomes are included but I’d be sure to check. The degree of how magical the garden actually is will be up to the buyer.
