Shake It on Lincoln Road
Shake Shack, the famous NYC diner-esque burger joint is set to launch a new location in Miami in 2010. The flagship stand is in Madison Square Garden, where devotees line up to gorge on burgers, hot dogs, French fries, and custard; and while several other branches exist in New York, the Lincoln Road venture is the first endeavor outside of the Empire State. The chain is so popular, that the Shake Shack’s Twitter, @shakeshack, updates followers on the current length of the line. Owner Danny Meyer has left rumors unsettled regarding taking the franchise overseas.
