Porsches Petite Elite
by Erika Thomas

Los Angelites will be among the first to peep the latest Porsche creation.  The 2011 Boxter Spyder serves to follow the advice of Olympian runners and swimmers alike—less bulk equals more speed.

Weighing in at 176 pounds less than the stock model, this waif of a roadster has integrated a lighter roof and also implemented extra horsepower to slice the 0-60mph time to a mere 4.6 seconds for this German masterpiece.

The one heavyweight attribute for this elite automobile? The price tag is at a scale-tipping $61,200, and it’s clear that hefty amounts of luxury come in tiny packages.
