New By Bottega Veneta: The Knot India Clutch
by Ebony Montenegro
Another must have has debuted in the world of handbags. Yes ladies, Bottega Veneta has added yet another genius addition to their arsenal of The Knot clutches. In commemoration of the opening exhibition in Mumbai, Tomas Mairer designed the limited edition Knot India Clutch. Which if I may say so is to die for.
With over thirty years since its creation The Knot, clutch by Bottega Veneta has transformed into various styles, and tastes. For a touch of authenticity, the Knot India clutch available in 25 editions will carry the identifying “India” inscription on the authentic sterling plate inside the clutch.
Full of class with a touch of contemporary sophistication the clutch is designed with a hint of a brown-bronze hue to give the feel of a soft metallic look. Paltino ossidato and cervo leather are used to give the handbag its bejeweled appearance, while sparkling sequins add to the glimmer of the bag.
In true Knot tradition, the hand bag carries the signature intercciato weave, which is achieved by blending a conventional embroidery method and applying modern laser cutting techniques.
Just in time for the holiday parties, the bags will be ready from December 9, 2009 at the Bottega Veneta store at Galleria at Nariman Point in Mumbai. Get your jets and first class tickets ready for a quick shopping excursion to India. This handbag will be worth the trip.
