Miami Calendar Listing: 15th Annual Make-A-Wish Ball
Who: Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida and InterContinental Miami will celebrate the 15th Annual InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball
What: The Ball will have a theme of “Imagine,” inspired by John Lennon’s iconic song promoting peace and hope. The evening will feature an action-packed live auction emceed by Pamela Anderson, musical performance by Beatlemania Now and the first anniversary of the Ball’s InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Nightclub, hosted by Ball Chairman Shareef Malnik, along with nightlife impresarios Michael Capponi and Antonio Misuraca.
When: Saturday, November 7
Beatles-inspired cocktail reception in the Mezzanine
Followed by dinner in “Octopus’ Garden” and a live auction, hosted by Pamela Anderson. Beats provided by Haute Living’s official DJ, DJ Irie

Why: A posh party for a good cause. The mission of the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Southern Florida is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. In its 14-year history, the InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball has raised in excess of $7.6 million. With these much needed funds, the Foundation has been able to grant more than 1,700 wishes for deserving children in our community.
