Abu Dhabi’s Ferrari-Based Theme Park
by Alison Agudo

It’s almost as if Ferrari heard the cries of every young-at-heart, speed-obsessed, car-loving man in the world. Ok, women can enjoy this too (and we certainly will!), but there’s no doubt that men are jumping out of their exclusive leather seats at the news that Abu Dhabi plans to open a Ferrari inspired theme park.

Now hold on to your finely crafted upholstery because the news only gets better. This highly anticipated theme park is set to be inaugurated in 2010 which means you won’t have to wait long before you experience it for yourself. Dubbed Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the theme park is set to come with an iconic red roof which is inspired by the lavishly exquisite body of the Ferrari GT car.

The Yas Island development’s red roof will cover 2,152,782 square feet and will carry the largest Ferrari logo ever above the largest indoor theme park in the world. With more than 20 rides and attractions, including the world’s fastest rollercoaster (but of course!), the Ferrari World is swiftly lining itself up to be one of the greatest places for Ferrari enthusiasts ever to exist. Feel free to bring the kids along though as the theme park is designed to appeal to all ages with an array of engaging activities along with its innovative architecture and luxurious Italian spirit.

Rev up those engines ladies and gentlemen; the fun-filled Ferrari World is on its way.
