Since inception, Millennium Tower in San Francisco has captured our haute little hearts here at the magazine. Today, instead of touting the splendors of the luxury residences within the shiny Mission Street skyscraper, we bring you an art exhibition, high in the sky on the 52nd floor.

The hautest luxury residential tower in the city will present a designer showcase entitled “Icons of Design,” featuring more than 25 of the Bay Area’s most prestigious designers. The designers’ work will be showcased throughout the four Grand Residences that occupy the building’s entire 52^nd floor. “We’re thrilled to host this design exhibit and extremely appreciative of the dedicated efforts of event chair Ken Paige in bringing together this talented group of designers and organizing an event that will benefit several of our community’s important charities,” said Richard G. Baumert, managing director at Millennium Partners.

The featured designers will exhibit their own interpretations of urban living and design.  The list of featured designers includes:  Alexandra Owen Interior Design, Ann Brown Interiors, Ann Getty & Associates, Applegate Tran Interiors, ArtHaus, Black Mountain Construction/Development, Butler Armsden Architects, Chantal Lamberto Interior Design, Closets Van Go, De Sousa Hughes, Eden Wright Design, Henderson Design Group, Hendler Design, Hepworth & Howard, Jeff Ryan Interiors, Jurow Design Associates, Kensington & Associates, Martha Angus Inc., Martin-Richards, Michael Merrill Design Studios, Inc., Nancy Van Natta Associates, Orlando Diaz-Azcuy Design, Reba Jones, Scheiber Design Group, Shelby De Quesada Interior Design, Studio Becker, Sutro Architects, The Charles de Lisle Workshop and Wiseman & Gale.

Public tours will begin October 24 and continue for five consecutive weekends through November 22. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased in the Grand Residences Lobby at Millennium Tower (301 Mission Street at Fremont Street) with proceeds benefiting a different Bay Area charity each weekend such as the San Francisco Opera Guild, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Berkeley Repertory Theater, Museum of Performance and Design San Francisco, and the American Heart Association. Complimentary valet parking will be provided.
