Golfer Greg Norman Adds Second Home to Market
by Alison Agudo

Famed golfer, Greg Norman, has yet to seal any deal on the real estate left over from his first marriage, but not only is he facing another divorce, but he’s also jumped back into the market listing his second home, Seven Lakes Ranch, for $55 million.

The first home, Tranquility estate from Norman’s first marriage, is listed at $60 million, making his potential post-divorce home earnings total a whopping $115 million. Norman and his current wife, tennis champion Chris Evert, have been married less than two years and have decided to part ways, apparently leaving Norman no choice but to sell his 11,600 acres Seven Lakes Ranch in Meeker, Colorado. The golfer initially purchased the Seven Lakes Lodge before expanding his ownership to the adjoining 3,000-acre ranch in 2004.

The listing features an 8-bedroom, fully furnished lodge with 11 bathrooms, a fitness center, equestrian facilities, a clays course, and additional guest and staff accommodation. The new owner of this sprawling home and land can also enjoy the homes proximity to resources allowing for endless fly fishing, private hunting, skeet shooting, horseback riding, canoeing, hiking, biking, and even skiing.

You get much more than a painting from Greg Miller’s works, each piece is a nostalgic ode to a bygone era where pinup girls sold 5-cent Babe Ruth’s on grand advertisements and pulp fiction comics were all the rage. Miller’s paintings are controlled chaos on a canvas; an eclectic collage of bl...
