First Impression Theme Theatres creates the ultimate home movie experience.

As the name implies, a home theater, though located within your own personal residence, is still a theater and should deliver nothing less than a professional quality experience with each and every screening. As such, First Impressions Theme Theatres is here to forever change the way you experience movie night.

The niche architectural and design firm crafts home theaters based on a “room-within-a-room” concept. Take, for example, this 12-seat theater custom designed for a villa on Lake George. It first was crafted by artisans at First Impression’s factory, where it was assembled and operated before being dismantled, transported, and installed at the villa.

The floor, walls, and ceiling are floating and not connected to the home’s construction, resulting in superior sound isolation and deep-impact explosive action scenes that reverberate through the body while nestled in a leather CineLounger full-motion recliner. Going beyond high definition, video is delivered onto a massive 14-foot screen with oversized loudspeakers and a commercial-quality micro-perforated movie screen. The ceiling features computer-driven twinkling stars and dusk-to-dawn sky-fade scenes. LED linear lighting changes mood color on the angle-shaped acoustical wall sections with a touch of a button.

The Zebrawood concession stand, complete with cappuccino machine, is the perfect spot to store indulgent movie-theater snack foods.
