As we near the end of the calendar year, in typical fashion, many outlets have chosen to reflect on the “Best of” in a variety of industries. While most “Best of” lists are quite trite, when The New Yorker’s Paul Goldberger compiled a list of the 10 best new architectural structures of 2008, we did take notice. His list is below; I included links to any of the buildings that we covered over the course of the year. Feel free to add your own choices for the best new buildings in the comments field.
