NASCAR Racer Gets a Beechcraft Biz Jet
by HauteLiving

Late last week, NASCAR Nationwide Series Champion Clint Bowyer today took delivery of his Beechcraft Premier IA, the world’s fastest and most technologically advanced single-pilot business jet. The performance and efficiency of the jet is a perfect match for a guy like Bowyer and his accelerated lifestyle: With a cruising speed greater than 520 mph-50mph faster than its nearest competitor-the Premier IA is a light jet that can quench Bowyer’s thirst for max speed, as well as get him just about anywhere that his demanding schedule requires him to be. The plane also has an impressively spacious cabin and a long list of passenger amenities. While in Wichita for the delivery, Bowyer enthralled Hawker Beechcraft racing fans by touring the manufacturing plant and signing autographs for employees. They were most likely aware that Bowyer, a native Kansan, is a three-year veteran of NASCAR’s Sprint Cup Series, finishing in the top five in 2007 and 2008. He drives a Chevrolet Impala for Richard Childress Racing in the Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series. He has two career victories in the Sprint Cup Series.
