Jenna Jameson Unloading Los Angeles House

Adult film icon Jenna Jameson (who starred in the fastest-selling DVD of all-time, the Helmut Nuddin-written “I Dream of Jenna”), a New York Times best-selling author, who has also guest-hosted on E! Television and had a memorable scene in the Howard Stern movie “Private Parts”, has placed her three-bedroom, 3,958-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills on the market for $2,700,000. The Mediterranean-style house, which is at 1618 Sunset Plaza Drive, was the Heartbreaker’s first Southern California house, after having been a longtime Phoenix area resident. The divorced, 34-year-old Jameson, who has been dating ultimate fighter Tito Ortiz, has recently announced that she is expecting (her first child). Built in 1926, the chicly upgraded house sits on a 4,887-square-foot lot up in the Hills, according to public records. It has three and a half baths, a sunken living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a den that opens to a spa courtyard, a gourmet kitchen and a whopping five patios and/or balconies. An entertainers dream, the fully gated/security systemed house, with scintillating city views, also has ‘an incredible master suite,’ a guest apartment, a third suite, two bonus rooms and a two-car garage. Jameson’s house has a long celeb history. The house was formerly owned for many years by Academy Award-winning actor Jack Albertson, who died in 1981 (at age 74). The late actor Rudolph Valentino’s brother and extended family lived in the house in the 1920s and 1930s. Joyce Butler of Coldwell Banker ([email protected]) has the listing.
