Bugatti Knows Best
Bugatti is unveiling their latest venture, the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 on August 16th at the Pebble Beach Concourse d’elegance. The brand plans to build an absolute maximum of 300 of these vehicles, and is concealing details of the highly coveted automobiles. What is known is that the mod targa style roof is transparent and lifts out of the car. Other changes from other Bugatti 16.4 models include strengthening of the structure to compensate for there being no integrated roof, as well as daytime LED running lights. The air intakes have also been altered to compensate for the different aero dynamic characteristics of the open top Veyron, Enthusiasts keep your ears and eyes alert for more info to be released upon the unveiling later this month.

Of the 150 examples of the Bugatti Grand Sport earmarked for production, only 45 of them have been accounted for. Haute Living takes a closer look at the three spectacular Bugattis that made it to the Dubai Motor Show.
This year at the Geneva Motor Show, currently underway, Bugatti presented its newest sports-car, the Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport, an open-top and faster version-1,200 HP- of the popular Veyron 16.4 Super Sport. It is the fastest roadster ever.
Less than a week after announcing that production of the benchmark Veyron supercar has reached its conclusion, Bugatti revealed the creation of a one-off version dubbed the L’Or Blanc, French for “the White Gold.”
For the 40th United Arab Emirates National Day a Bugatti Veyron, Ferrari 599 GTO and Lamborghini LP560-4 were all decorated with the country’s colors to show tribute to the Emirates.
The Mullin Automotive Museum has an exhibit on the history of the Bugatti with absolutely gorgeous models on display.
The notion of the automobile as art continued to gain traction this past week with the opening of the Allure of the Automobile, a new exhibit at the Portland Art Museum that features 16 of history’s most aesthetically pleasing cars.
