Two-time Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady has put his midtown Manhattan plush condo on the block for $18.29. Measuring approximately 3,000 square feet, the three-bedroom, 31/2-bath apartment, located above the 70th floor in the Time Warner complex’s North Tower, features 12-foot ceilings and stunningly direct Central Park views from every room; there’s also a great room, breakfast area, gallery, foyer, two walk in closets, a master bedroom, a second bedroom, and what’s dubbed as library/bedroom. The NFL single-season touchdown pass record holder bought the pad for $14.5 million in the Fall, 2006 in order to be closer to now ex-girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan, whose TV series “Six Degrees” on ABC has come and gone. When the relationship ended and he started playing catch with ravishing supermodel Gisele Bundchen, the Patriots’ golden boy decided he no longer needed it-so he listed the flat at $16.5 million. The quick flip didn’t work so he removed it from the market. Now it’s back on the block for about 10 percent more than the previous list price, and 30 percent more than the original purchase price. Along with Gisele’s re-listing of her West Village Condo (see the previous Haute Living blog), speculation of an impending marriage has been swirling. Nuptials or not for the former sixth-round draft pick, Raphael De Niro (Robert’s son) and Claudine DeMatos of New York’s Douglas Elliman are in charge of the listing.
