Make the quick getaway to the islands to get that sun-kissed, dewy skin, which keeps all eyes on you. The choices are endless: St. Barths? Turks & Caicos? Barbados? Where do you go? What do you do? Here, Haute Living takes the guess-work out of the process as we provide a list of the top places to indulge in the islands.

Raffles Resort
Canouan Island, St. Vincent & The Grenadines, West Indies

You can find this Canouan Island resort on 300 acres of the private 1,200-acre island. Its three secluded beaches are surrounded by one of the world’s largest coral reefs, granting each visitor a tropical paradise. The resort’s 156 suites are designed in an amphitheater-like style, allowing spectacular views of the property. The resort offers a Flight Concierge Program and will pick you up from Barbados and bring you to its remote location. The Trump Club Privee-a European style casino suitable for any James Bond enthusiast-includes a members-only salon. The Donald manages this exclusive property, which means that the grandiose décor of gold and marble is not only expected but is the quintessential definition of Trump properties. In typical Trump fashion-a name attached to just one property just won’t do-the golf course is also named for the real-estate honcho, and is designed by Jim Fazio. Holes 11 to 15 teeter on a knife’s edge ridge, and the backside features two par threes with drops of 200-plus feet.

One&Only Ocean Club
Paradise Island Bahamas

Paradise Island in the Bahamas features the Ocean Club by One&Only, Kerzner International’s luxury arm. A $100 million renovation in 2000 redefined the property, which currently features three- and four-bedroom private villas. Each villa offers at least 4,000 square feet of ultimate comfort with an infinity-edged pool overlooking the beach and lush greenery. A library adjacent to the reception area conducts High Tea every afternoon, just one of the treats for Ocean Club’s visitors. After tea you can indulge with some frozen grapes as a rose-covered bath is drawn for you. A relaxing afternoon may bring you to La Palestra’s fitness center, known for its personalized approach to fitness, or to the Tom Weiskopf golf course. At the end of the day, head to The Dune, a creation of über-chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The restaurant fuses Asian and Bahamian delicacies and overlooks the resort’s Versailles-inspired gardens.
