Award-winning real estate agent Marilyn Hoffman has brokered the largest properties in the country, but she’s not ready to call it a day.

Marilyn Hoffman, president of Hoffman International Properties, recently sold a $13 million Alabama Ranch. This sale is one of the largest residential properties in the state of Alabama, and this is just one of her many listings. Hoffman has been in real estate for more than three decades, and has set many records and sold some of the most expensive properties in the nation. Setting records isn’t new for Hoffman, who holds the Superstar Award for the highest sales in the world.

Not too many brokers can claim that they have sold the largest and/or most expensive home in multiple states, but Hoffman certainly can. Her sale of Summer Wind Farm, with a 24,000-square-foot home, was the largest residential property sold in the state of Kentucky. Other properties include Fox Ranch in Colorado, home of a 150,000-square-foot log-home, reported to be the largest private residence in the country. A Dallas penthouse, worth nearly $10 million, was sold just 118 days. The remarkable part of the Dallas sale is that other brokers had the property listed for months without any success: one listed the property for 807 days and another listed for 180.

Hoffman works with properties of all sizes, and ranches are just one of her many specialties. A recent sale of a 2,000-acre Hill Country ranch, with an 11,000-square-foot main house with 19 additional homes on the property, was just one of the few that she’s worked with. Others include Clearfork Ranch, site of the Cattle Barons Ball, which is the world’s largest benefit for the American Cancer Society. This charity is one of Hoffman’s personal interests and her company has been a major benefactor of the event. Recently, Hoffman donated several Champion Arabian horses and more than $200,000 to the cause.

Her other charities include Dallas’ Rodeo Drive Block Party benefiting the National Kidney Foundation. Hoffman personally went to Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and obtained more than $100,000 in donations to benefit the charity. Her other donations have topped the auctions held by The Carousel of Hope Ball in Beverly Hills, The Race to Erase MS Benefit, and The Crisis Nursery Foundation, among many others. Hoffman’s foundation is always looking for new charities to support.

Hoffman’s clients are some of the most prominent and influential business leaders in the world, which only adds to her portfolio. Her sales record proves that she is a leader in not only real estate, but in creative marketing as well. Her strategy consists of comprehensive brochures that display her listings, which are distributed at world-class events to a prestigious demographic around the globe. The Barrett Jackson Classic Car Auction in Scottsdale, the Salon de Cheval in Paris, and the Bal de la Mer in Monte Carlo are a few that Hoffman attends to exhibit her properties. Selling real estate and charity work are a passion for Hoffman, who loves her work, which makes her business such a success!
