Aby Rosen is a real estate tycoon living in New York. He was born in Frankfurt, Germany in 1960. In 1987, he moved to New York City where he apprenticed at a real estate brokerage firm. He currently is a controlling partner of RFR Holding LLC, which in the 15 years since being established in 1991, has acquired a vast portfolio of real estate holdings including the landmark Seagram Building and Lever House.

Aby Rosen has just added another iconic New York property to his prestigious collection. Known for developing the Seagram Building and Lever House, Rosen is now adding the Paramount Hotel to his collection in the hopes that it can regain its trendy appeal that it was known for in the 1980s.
