Jessica Alba pays $4.05 million for Beverly Hills home

What do you do when you are one of the most attractive Hollywood stars around?
If you’re Jessica Alba, you buy a $4 million home.
Sure, Alba, the star of such films as Fantastic Four, Sin City, and Good Luck, Chuck, already owns a $1.1 million (price she paid in 2002) mansion in Beverly Hills, but THAT mansion is only 2,286 square feet; this one is 4,686 square feet, making it about twice as big (but four times as expensive—go figure.)
According to Celebrity Real Estate Homes Blog Big Time Listings, “features in the four-bedroom, villa-style house include four en suite baths, two half baths, a formal living room, a formal dining room that seats 14, a family room with a fireplace, and a large cook’s kitchen with a huge family-style marble table and a Viking professional range, according to listing information. Built in 1975 and on the market last fall for $4,195,000, the house also has a master suite with the following features: a fireplace, an outdoor terrace, dual custom closets and a steam shower, according to listing information. Other features include custom faux paint, arched doorways, imported Italian tiles and sinks, a surround sound system, travertine and hardwood floors throughout, an 11-camera DVR security system and copper plumbing, according to listing information. Outside are a veranda, an outdoor dining area, a pool, a spa, a waterfall, and views of Franklin Canyon Park, all on a 0.48-acre, flag-shaped property, according to public records and listing information. The house is immediately east of the Beverly Park neighborhood (a.k.a. Disneyland for Grown-ups).”
But who wants to read that, when you can just stare at this photo of Alba?
