Burt Reynolds’ Hobe Sound home price reduced!
by HauteLiving

Burt Reynolds’ waterfront mansion in Hobe Sound just got a little less expensive.
The actor, who has starred in such classics as “The Longest Yard”, originally had listed his mansion at $12.9 million, but has now reduced that asking price to $10.5 million – another step down from the $15 million asking price two years ago, but still a nice profit from the $700,000 the acting legend paid for it in 1980.
The home, built in 1975, features five bedrooms, seven baths, an opulent theater, a billiard room, a large yacht dockage, and a two-bedroom guesthouse. Sitting on three acres of land, and adjoining a state park, the 12,538-square-foot mansion (though records indicate it is only 6,631 square feet) is perfect for anyone with a couple million dollars who is looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of big-city boredom.
As for Reynolds? He’s heading out west, as he lists his primary residence as Beverly Hills.
