Singer Natalie Imbruglia sells Sunset Strip Home
by HauteLiving

Natalie Imbruglia, the Australian-born singer/model/actress, has reportedly sold her Mediterranean-style mansion on the Sunset Strip for $3.725 million.
Imbruglia, 32, who is married to Silverchair lead singer Daniel Johns (the two share residences is Old Windsor, Berkshire, UK, and Newcastle, Australia), is perhaps most famous to American fans for the late-90s smash “Torn,” but in Australia she made a name for herself on the soap opera “Neighbours,” which, at one time or another, also starred singers Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan.
The stunning actress has reportedly parted was with her 5,434-square-foot, five-bedroom home, located at 9145 Saint Ives Drive for approximately $700,000 less than the listed price of $4,500,000, but significantly more than the $2.14 million she paid for the home in September of 2002. The home also features six bathrooms, two guest suites, a three-car garage, and a screening room. The sale was recorded December 3.
Too bad. Sounds like the home had everything a model/actress/singer could ask for.
