Jeff Hyland is the President and co-founder of Hilton & Hyland, the leading exclusive boutique real estate firm in Beverly Hills. Jeff is the founding member of Christie’s Great Estates, Inc., the largest network of independent real estate brokers specializing in the marketing and sale of luxury properties. Christie’s Great Estates represents the world’s finest villas and mansions, country estates, and island retreats. Founded in 1995, Christie’s has over 650 real estate offices with nearly 20,000 agents in 30 countries.

Jeff is past President of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors as well as past President of the Los Angeles County Boards of Real Estate. He served as State Director for the California Association of Realtors. He is on the Board of Governor’s of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate and also sits on the Advisory Board of Christie’s Great Estates.

Born and raised in Little Holmby in Los Angeles, Jeff is considered an architectural historian on Beverly Hills. He assisted in the publication of books on Wallace Neff and Paul Williams and co-authored the book “The Estates of Beverly Hills” which is considered the bible of Beverly Hills estates. Jeff is currently writing a book on the legendary estates of Beverly Hills. This will be the definitive, encyclopedic reference book on Beverly Hills estates.

Jeff’s passion for real estate and position in the community were instrumental in his being named the “Gatekeeper of Beverly Hills” by Town & Country magazine and named “Best of the Best” by the Robb Report. He has been selling real estate in Beverly Hills for over 20 years and has personally handled over one billion dollars in transactions. Jeff’s attention to detail and dedication to his clients have earned him the respect of the rich and famous. He is a supporter of many charitable foundations and is passionate about philanthropic endeavors.

In addition to handling some of the most expensive transactions in Southern California, Jeff along with partner, Rick Hilton hold the record for the two most expensive transactions in Malibu.
