Ron Perelman
East Hampton
Billionaire Revlon magnate Perelman purchased this estate, called “The Creeks,” on Georgica Pond in 1990 for the bargain price of $12.5 million. The house was originally built in the late 1890’s by affluent artists Albert and Adele Herter. If Perelman was to sell the 57-acres now, it is estimated that he could claim more than $70 million, according to Forbes.com.

Steven Spielberg
East Hampton
Located on Georgica Pond, Spielberg’s estate, purchased in 1983, includes a main house, guesthouse, a studio-complete with screening room, editing bay, and offices-horse stables, and staff quarters. Spielberg also bought acres across the pond in order to preserve his view and privacy. Local brokers estimate the value of the property to be $64 million. Designer Calvin Klein also lives in the neighborhood.

Katie Couric
East Hampton
When Couric said goodbye to morning television, she said hello to this Southampton summer retreat, with a price tag of $6.3 million. The 7,000 square foot house is roughly five blocks from the ocean, near East Hampton Village. The home has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and
a pool. Nearby neighbor is New York Knicks head coach Larry Brown.

Jerry Seinfeld
Amagansett
Seinfeld reportedly fell in love with this property on first sight, buying the 12-acre oceanfront estate from Billy Joel for a record-setting $32 million. The property includes a large manor house, a guesthouse, a pool, and a barn, and is nearby to Spielberg’s sprawling estate, as well as to boxer Mike Tyson’s home.

Rudy Giuliani
Water Mill
Former New York City Mayor Giuliani purchased this 6,000-square-foot home for a cool $3 million. The traditional-style hilltop estate has seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half baths. Situated on one acre of land, the shingled house features cypress floors, a paneled library, wine cellar, steam room and sauna, and cigar room. Neighbors include Peter Jennings, news anchor for ABC, and Matt Lauer, co-anchor of NBC’s Today Show.
