Marcela Catapano Criscito, an established realtor that specializes in luxury waterfront condominiums and single family-homes, is offering oceanfront penthouses in The Caribbean, a pre-construction luxury development due for completion in December 2007. Tagged as “the long awaited reinvention of Miami Beach Glamour,” The Caribbean is located at 3737 Collins Avenue. Designed by acclaimed Miami architect Kobi Karp, each penthouse spans across more than 39,000 square feet, with 11-foot ceilings, wraparound balconies, and private rooftop pools. The interior design, rendered by world-renowned designer Christopher Ciccone, offers a wine cellar for each residence, cigar humidor, oceanfront heated infinity-edge pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, oversized spa, sundeck, billiard lounge and direct ocean access. In addition to the valet and concierge services, there will also be beach and pool towel services available. With amenities by Subzero, Miele and Dacor appliances, each unit can be customized to the owner’s taste. These jewels are going for $1.3 million.
